The Protector Plan
¨ This option is specific for clients whose primary objective is to maintain current volume & distribution in a rather crowded marketplace and is a flat fee compensation agreement based on c/e shipments.
The Aggressor Plan Performance Based
¨ This option is for clients that have excellent distribution and are ready to move their brands to the next level whatever that may be. It is completely sales driven and utilizes client provided marketing programs and POS. ¨ Clients that participate in this plan should expect increases in chain activity, on & off-premise promotion and enhanced ROS support. ¨ Performance Compensation is flat rate by c/e and goals are based on LY depletions. ¨ Once LY’s sales are met then bonus rates kick in and are equal to the rate of increase.
Scenario: A 10% increase in sales would equate to a 10% increase on compensation per case and so on up the scale. Bonus would be paid at end of client’s fiscal year.
The Dominator Plan (Special Focus) Performance Based
¨ This option is for clients who already possess critical mass but are threatened by aggressive competitors specifically targeting their business and/or other market factors including but not limited to wholesaler consolidation, massive portfolios, lack of manpower and ineffective programming. ¨ Clients that enroll their brand in this plan can expect special focus and attention as their business is constantly put at risk by the above factors. ¨ Performance Compensation is designed to achieve agreed upon goals and objectives. Depletion increases are rewarded the same as the Aggressor plan. ¨ Special bonuses are considered for specific goals whether they be sales or distribution based.
